our story
Our journey began in 2022 after a thriving collaboration with Sydney Roosters NRL star Victor “The Inflictor” Radley. The momentum gained speed as we worked with history-making NRL champions Penrith Panthers in 2023 when they won their third straight Grand Final. Then, in 2024, we became the apparel partners for the Nines Premier League (viewed by over a million people). This put us on the map and paved the way for us to merge with LCI Sports, a renowned wealth advisory firm for athletes in Australia. With that, UNITE was born.
We are here to help athletes take ownership of their brand (UNITE Athlete). To help them maximise their impact and show the world what they can do (UNITE Agency). To build brands and apparel that their fans proudly wear (UNITE Active). And to advise them on building their brands and future (UNITE Advisory). We are here to revolutionise the sports industry and flip it on its head by handing control back to athletically-minded people who feel like they don’t have ownership of their brand.
Jayden Walker
Founder — UNITE
Jayden Walker is the founder of UNITE, a brand and business platform built to guide athletically-minded people into confident clarity around their brand, business and future.
Before launching UNITE, Jayden was an athlete himself. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the mindset, pressure and opportunity that exists inside the sporting world.
After sport, Jayden moved into the commercial world, working as a commercial broker at Mark Bouris’ Yellow Brick Road head office in Sydney’s CBD, where he developed a deep understanding of finance, business strategy, and deal-making.
It was during this period that Jayden began working on off-field ventures with athletes, most notably NRL star Victor Radley — “The Inflictor.” What started as helping athletes explore opportunities away from the field quickly revealed a much bigger gap in the industry.
Athletes were building massive audiences and cultural influence but very few had the structure, strategy, or support to turn that platform into real businesses.
UNITE was created to change that.
Today, Jayden works alongside athletes, creators, and founders to discover their brand, build their platform, and amplify their influence through partnerships, products, businesses and investments.
The UNITE model operates like a Formula 1 pit crew for modern founders bringing together brand strategy, content, partnerships, product development and financial advisory under one united team.
Jayden has helped launch and grow athlete-led ventures including supplement brands, merchandise collections, digital products, and community-driven businesses. His work focuses on guiding talent beyond the field helping them take ownership of their brand equity and build ventures that create long-term impact.
Today, Jayden leads the growth of the UNITE ecosystem, working with athletes, founders, and partners across Australia who share the athlete’s mindset driven individuals united by sport and the pursuit of greatness.
Together, they are building brands, businesses and communities that extend far beyond the game.
Jessica Borg
Team Leader — UNITE
Jess brings structure, protection and high-performance thinking to UNITE ensuring every athlete and founder builds on solid ground, not guesswork.
With a background in law and commercial contracting, Jess has developed deep expertise across agreements, risk management and deal structuring. She ensures every opportunity is clear, protected, and built for long-term success turning potential into something real, not just promised.
A former Australian Taekwondo international, Jess understands high performance firsthand. She later transitioned into amateur boxing and now coaches within the Gen2032 pathway as a para taekwondo coach, developing athletes towards the 2028 Paralympics and Brisbane 2032.
At UNITE, Jess works side by side with athletes and founders to bring confident clarity to their next move structuring their ventures, protecting their brand and guiding them to take ownership of their future.
